Lewis Hamilton has won the 2016 United States grand prix having started from pole position and dominated the race through while teammate Nico Rosberg got the second place on the podium to keep himself on track for his very first F1 title. Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo continue his superb run of form and finished on podium yet again.
Lewis Hamilton wins the USA Grand Prix! Hamilton finally put his poor run of “bad starts” behind as he cruised to USA grand prix win from pole position to all the way first on the podium. It was his 50th grand prix win and keeps his chances of third consecutive world title alive with only three more races to go.
Championship Standings: This is how the drivers standings looks like after the first 18 races of the season. Nico Rosberg still leads the championship table with 331 points and 9 grand prix wins but Lewis Hamilton’s win in USA means the gap between the top two is reduced to 26 points.
With his only 3 more races to go, Nico Rosberg will now fancy his chances for maiden F1 world title.
Hamilton will have to come up with something out of ordinary to get back in the lead as he trails Rosberg by 26 points and not many grand prixs to play for.

So the Mercedes dominance continue this season with both Hamilton and Rosberg taking yet another one-two but there is not much to separate Red Bull and Ferrari who consistently very competitive with each other. Below are the official results from USA grand prix.

2016 season promises to be one of the best in the recent years as both Ferrari, McLaren has made some great adjustments to keep the pace with Mercedes for the title race.
