Chelsea had a superb oppertunity to go 8 points clear at top of the table when they hosted Hull City in the premier league game on Sunday evening. Antonio Conte handed the start to talisman Diego Costa, who did not disappoint scoring the opener for Chelsea just before the halftime break. Overall Chelsea dominated the fist 45 minutes but never really troubled Hull City keeper until the very end of the half when Mosses low cross from the right flank was covered by Costa to make it 1-0.
