Short Preview: Many believe that this will be the last season for Arsene Wenger as Arsenal manager as he go into his last year of the current contract. They have a solid squad with the inclusion of Granit Xhaka and all they need to do is keep the main players injury free to have a good shot at the title race. Regardless how Arsenal finish this season, they might part company with Wenger who would love to go out as the premier league medal.
Arsenal’s Champions League campaign begins in mid September and this is one competition where Wenger has failed miserably over the past decade. I expect them to put up a good showing this year but premier league quality has improved overall and it will be more difficult to win the title or even to remain in title race with so many contenders.
