Neymar scored 4 goals as Barcelona ran riot against Rayo Vallecano in saturdays La Liga clash. Luis Suarez added the fifth as Barcelona go level on points with Real Madrid at the top of the table.
FC Barcelona had a chance to go level on points with Real Madrid as they took on Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish La Liga home game at the Camp Nou. With Lionel Messi and Iniesta missing Barcelona had to rely on Suarez and Neymar but boy did they turn up. Although it the away side which took the lead in 15th minute through Guerra but 2 goals on either side of the break by Neymar made it 5-2 for Barcelona and Suarez added the fifth to win all three points.
Former Manchester United player Bebe unleashed a low drive inside the box and Javi Guerra latched on to poke home Vallecano’s first goal to stun Camp Nou crowd. Barcelona dominated the game from the word go but Rakitic and Suarez missed couple of easy chances.
It took 22 minute for Neymar to score first for Barcelona from the penalty spot which was followed by another penalty goal by Neymar 10 minutes later. Barcelona went into the break with 2-1 lead.

Neymar added 2 goals in 2 minutes during impressive second half showing to pretty much kill the game off in 70th minute as Barcelona lead 4-1. Suarez was fundamental in Neymars fourth goal as he won the ball back straight from restart after third goal and released Neymar inside the box to tap home his fourth.
Suarez himself scored with Neymar providing a superb cross from the left flank and Suarez added the third to make it 5-1 and seal all three points.
