Match Highlights:
Manchester United 0-0 Tottenham Highlights
[ Premier League 2017-18 Match ]
45′ [ Haltime report ] Tottenham pretty much dominated the first 45 minutes at Old Trafford while United failed to impose themselves at home.
Man Utd vs Spurs Short Preview: Manchester United started the season so strong but since the last international break they have not been the same both on and off the field. Several key players missing through injuries have kind of hampered United’s performances in recent weeks and they have only won 1 point of the last two games going into this massive couple of weeks where they face Tottenham and Chelsea consecutively. These two games can make or break United’s season and Mourinho is well aware of the fact that they must improve in performances against the top 4 teams.
Spurs threw away 2-0 lead in midweek to lose 3-2 against West Ham ultimately getting knocked out of League Cup but their league form has been as good City over the last few seasons. Spurs can really make a statement if they can beat United making it two wins against the traditional top 6 teams having beaten Liverpool last week.

Last time these two meet was back in May 2017 when Spurs got the better of United 2-1 at White Hart Lane but United did win 1-0 in the earlier meeting between the two thanks to that Henrik Mkhitaryan goal.
Tottenham 2-1 Manchester United – May 2017
[ Premier League 2017 Match ]
06′ 1 – 0 Victor Wanyama scores early on in the game with a thumping header to put Tottenham 1-0 in lead.
48′ 2 – 0 Harry Kane made it 2-0 just after the break to pretty much settle the tie.
This is how I expect both teams to lineup on Sunday afternoon. Ibrahimovic is likely to keep his play upfront with Mkhitaryan, Pogba and Martial playing in attacking roles ahead of Carrick and Herrera. While Spurs will use similar system with Kane upfront and Eriksen, Alli and Son playing in attacking roles.
Predictions: This one is hard to predict, Even though Spurs have been playing some top notch football over the last two years they do have a “soft belly”. This United side might not be getting the results they deserve Mourinho has developed a very dynamic system which will eventually come good and I expect United to win this game to keep league season alive.
Massive THANKYOU.
thank you.. for what. hahaah.. for a mere prediction that the great man u might get a draw? wow.. how frightened man u fans must be..
THANKYOU
Despite all this, Leicester is still going to win the EPL title …. what does Spurs have to do to win?
it’s awesome
lets just hope tottenham don’t play like they can. if man united do, they’ll bore us to death. and scurry back home with a hopeless feeling of optimism that one day they’ll be good again – sorry.. oops. truth hurts, and you know.. if the youngsters at tottenham turn it on they could potentially demolish united. and we all know it… awesome.
