Manchester United hosted Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup fourth round match this Sunday at Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho announced a totally changed side with several fringe players getting a chance. Schweinsteiger and Fellaini started in midfield and both of them combined to score the opening goal at the stroke of first half where Schweinsteiger put in a superb cross at the far post and Fellaini scored with a header to make it 1-0. Overall it was one of the worst performances by United this season. They need to improve to get through this game comfortably as Wigan are causing problems on counters.

Manchester United 3-0 Wigan Athletic Highlights
[ English FA up 2017 Fourth Round Match ]
44′ 1 – 0 Marouane Fellaini scores with trademark header at the far post after Bastian Schweinsteiger produced a stunning early cross
57′ 2 – 0 Chris Smalling made it 2-0 after he meet a superb Martial cross to kill the game off.
74′ 3 – 0 Henrik Mkhitaryan scores third for United after a swift counter attack move finished off by the Albanian with a near post tap in.
Jose Mourinho was left frustrated during the midweek encounter against Hull City when United lost 2-1 at KC Stadium but thanks to first leg advantage they qualify for the final. Mourinho was critical of referee John Moss performance and will be hoping his team don’t have to rely on such decision again. Since United started with a full strength side against Hull we can expect Mourinho to make several changes in the starting lineup.
Ibrahimovic and Carrick are expected to be given rest while Martial, Mikhitaryan, Mata are all expected to start with Wayne Rooney leading the forward line. Herrera and Fellaini might start in midfield with Daley Blind, Rojo, Jones and Valencia playing in back four. Eric Bailly has returned from African Cup of nations but he is expected to to take a place on the bench.
This is how I expect both teams to lineup on Sunday evening.
Match Predictions: Playing at home United should have enough about them to get the better of Wigan. Jose Mourinho has challenged Anthony Martial to fight for his place and take Wigan oppertunity by both hands. He will be the one player to watch out for as his performances has blown hot and cold so far this season.
Wayne Rooney is also expected to start and having having achieved career milestone of 250 goals he will be hoping to put together a decent run of goal scoring form. I am going with a comfortable 2-0 win for United in this one.
go win
Good !))

The Article incorrectly refers to Mkhitaryan as an Albanian. He is Armenian.
