Its Djokovic [7-5] [6-3] [6-1] Nadal as Novak Djokovic defeated Rafael Nadal in the quarter final of 2015 French Open with a straight set win in just around 2 and half hours to make it to the semifinals.
Combination of Nadal’s poor form and excellent form of Djokovic made this result possible, Djokovic had the upper hand and he never let Nadal comeback into the game. Djokovic has a great chance of winning back to back French Open titles.
Djokovic was in prime form throughout the game and never let Rafael Nadal into the rythem and finally end the winning streak of Nadal at French Open. Now Novak Djokovic will face Andy Murray or David Ferrer (Murray is two sets up as I write this piece) in the semifinals.
Undisputed french open champions with 9 titles to his name Rafael Nadal will be taking on Novak Djokovic in the quarter finals of 2015 French Open title. Alot has changed since Nadal won the 2014 French Open (his ninth title) with Djokovic going from strength to strength and Nadal’s form is shadow of his true abilities hampered by multiple injuries in last 12 months. Rafael Nadal has slipped way down in the ATP rakings while Novak Djokovic is widely considered as the best tennis player currently active, both players would have liked this match at later stages like Semifinal or the final but we can safely assume that the winner of todays match will be favorite to win French Open title.

That one defeat came in the hands of swedish tennis star Soderling several years ago but since than he has comeback stronger and won three back to back french open titles.
The 2013 French Open semifinal between Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal was one epic match which will go down as one of the greatest encounters of recent history lasting four-hour, 37-minute where Rafael Nadal defeated Djokovic after coming from behind with a victory of 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 6-7(3), 9-7.
